Elite Entertainment Games (EEG)

1. Purpose & Scope

This policy sets out EEG’s standards for refunds, credit protection, system migration, and Security Deposits. It applies to all clients using EEG gaming systems, software, or services.

2. Refund, Credit Transfer & System Migration

2.1 Credit Guarantee

EEG guarantees that all gaming credits purchased through us will function on the gaming system provided. If credits don’t function as intended, EEG will either correct the issue or transfer unused credits to a compatible alternate system. If a system malfunctions, is disabled, or is no longer available, remaining credits will be moved to a similar system so operations continue uninterrupted.

2.2 System Closure & Migration Rights

Clients may discontinue use of an EEG system at any time. To start closure: the system must be fully shut down, all players locked out, and a closure request submitted through your assigned EEG Representative. On closure, unused credits may be transferred to a similar or compatible EEG system on request. Restrictions apply.

2.3 Refund Eligibility (First 3 Days Only)

If a system doesn’t meet your needs and you choose not to migrate to a similar one, you may request a partial monetary refund within 3 calendar days of receiving software access. Refunds in this window are partial, based on actual software usage, and exclude all non-refundable fees.

2.4 After 3 Days — No Monetary Refunds

After the 3-day period, no cash, card, wire, crypto, or other monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Continued use beyond 3 days constitutes full acceptance of the product and all related charges. This restriction does not apply to Security Deposits.

2.5 Credit Protection After 3 Days

After the refund period ends, credits remain protected and may be transferred, replaced, or reissued on a similar system at EEG’s discretion. Credit transfer or system migration is the only remedy available after 3 days. Gaming credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

2.6 Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable at all times, regardless of usage or timing: setup and onboarding fees, licensing fees, payment processing fees, and third-party service fees.

2.7 Exceptions & Limitations

EEG may deny refunds, credit transfers, or migrations in cases including, but not limited to:

  • misuse, abuse, or policy violations;
  • fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts;
  • regulatory, legal, or compliance restrictions; and
  • incompatibility caused by third-party hardware, networks, or operator actions.

2.8 Requests & Support

All refund requests, system closures, and credit-transfer requests must be submitted through your assigned EEG Representative.

3. Security Deposit Policy

3.1 Purpose of the Security Deposit

The Security Deposit protects EEG against: system misuse or abuse; chargebacks or fraudulent activity; unpaid balances or outstanding invoices; damage to equipment, software, or digital assets; and violations of EEG policies, licensing terms, or compliance requirements. The deposit is not a credit purchase, not a prepayment, and is not governed by the refund rules in Section 2.

3.2 Deposit Amount & Collection

The deposit amount is set during onboarding based on system type, licensing level, and risk profile. It must be paid in full before system activation. No system access, credits, or services are provided until the deposit is received.

3.3 Conditions for Deposit Refund

A Security Deposit may be refunded only when ALL of the following are met.

System closure

  • A formal closure request submitted to your EEG Representative.
  • The system fully shut down with players locked out.
  • All balances paid.

Account standing

  • No open invoices or unpaid fees.
  • No active disputes/chargebacks/investigations.
  • No policy/licensing/compliance violations.

System condition

  • No tampering or unauthorized modifications.
  • No damage to digital assets or system integrity.
  • No prohibited third-party integrations.

3.4 Deposit Refund Timeline

If all conditions are met, refunds are processed within 30 business days of system closure and final account review, issued to the original payment method or an approved alternative at EEG’s discretion. Timelines may extend if audits, investigations, or compliance reviews are required.

3.5 Reasons a Deposit May Be Withheld

EEG may partially or fully retain the deposit for: unpaid invoices or balances; chargebacks or attempted chargebacks; fraudulent activity or policy violations; misuse, abuse, or system damage; unauthorized modifications; client-caused regulatory or compliance issues; and costs to restore, repair, or secure the system. A summary of deductions is provided if funds are withheld.

3.6 Non-Refundable Situations

The deposit becomes non-refundable if the client: abandons the system without formal closure; refuses to lock out players or disable the system; has the account terminated for fraud, abuse, or policy violations; initiates a chargeback; fails to respond to EEG about account issues; or uses the system in a prohibited or illegal manner.

All Security Deposit refund requests must be submitted through your assigned EEG Representative. EEG may require identity verification or additional documentation before processing.

Inactivity

Please note: an account may be closed if there has been no activity for 90 days. An account is considered abandoned when there is no customer-initiated activity or contact for that period.
