Getting Started and Choosing a System

Getting started is quick and straightforward. In most cases, approvals take roughly 24–48 hours from the time you’re approved to the time you can begin earning. Once you reach out, your distributor will:

  1. Help you select the gaming system(s) that best fit your business.
  2. Submit your application to set up an account.
  3. Complete a software agreement.
  4. Send you your software logins.
  5. Purchase points or credits (only if the system requires them).
  6. Start earning.

Absolutely. We always encourage operators to try a system before committing. Just ask your EEG sales representative to set up a demo for you.

A gaming system is a complete package for running the promotional gaming side of your business. Each system typically includes:

  • Point of Sale — handles sales, redemptions, and reports.
  • Gaming Suite — a full lineup of games, each with its own design and features.
  • Jackpot Display — an additional set of prizes layered on top of the standard game prizes.

Some gaming systems limit how close operators can be located to one another. This restriction comes from the manufacturers, not from EEG, and approval usually takes about a week. The systems that require approval before use are:

  • Black Mamba
  • Diamond Dragon
  • Golden Dragon
  • Magic City
  • River Sweeps
  • Gamevault999
  • Juwa City

System Performance, Gameplay, and Features

Net revenue is the dollar amount you keep after all prizes have been paid out. Hold is that same amount expressed as a percentage.

Example: if a location takes in $100 in sales and pays out $60 in prizes, $40 remains — net revenue is $40 and the hold percentage is 40%.

The factors that most influence your hold, from greatest to least, are: the gaming system chosen, promotions you run, your redemption policy, and your customer base. Day to day the hold swings, but over a month it tends to level out. Most systems average between 20% and 50%.

Winnings are based on the next prize in the prize pool. Every prize is pre-created and arranged in a fixed order. Because that order is unknown, the outcome stays the same no matter when or how the games are played. Some players win and then reinvest their winnings to keep playing — a ‘win-to-play’ customer.

Each system uses a different prize pool, so each has a different winning ratio:

  • High volatility — less frequent wins, larger amounts.
  • Mid volatility — moderate frequency and amounts.
  • Low volatility — frequent wins, smaller amounts.

Note: these systems do not use algorithms or random number generators (RNG) — only prize pools.

Most systems don’t offer the option to adjust the winning percentage. In rare and extreme cases — for example, where a location’s hold has stayed well outside the expected range for two to three months — the winning percentage may be reviewed and modified. How and what customers win is the most important part of any system, and the software manufacturers keep the proven winning percentages they’ve already identified as most successful.

Promotions are features built into the gaming systems and are designed to give your players freebies. When you use a built-in promotion, the system doesn’t charge you for it. Common promotions include:

  • Free 100 — awards free points, usually with no purchase required.
  • Cashback — bonus points when a player reaches a minimum balance without redeeming.
  • Bounceback — purchase-based offers, e.g. 500 free with a $20 purchase.
  • Referrals — rewards players for bringing in other paying customers.

Promotions vary by system. If you run your own promotion that isn’t built in, the manufacturer charges for those points.

Payments, Pricing, and Billing

Our software is free. We only charge for the points (or credits) each system uses. Please contact us for current rates — some systems also offer volume discounts.

No. There are no back office or setup fees on any of the systems we distribute. The only costs are what the manufacturer charges. Some manufacturers charge upfront for points and others charge afterward, depending on the product you choose.

We offer several payment options. After you complete your software agreement, you’ll receive an invoice by email from info@eliteentertainment.games. Each invoice lists the available payment methods. Credits are typically applied within about 15 minutes of payment.

You can pay your invoice by wire transfer, credit or debit card, or your account balance. Every purchase comes with a detailed invoice, and you can request a statement at any time to review your payment history.

Policies and Store Operations

We may provide a refund, replacement points, or access to an alternate system if a product issue prevents normal use. Terms depend on the specific situation — please review our full Refund & Security Deposit policy for complete details.
